All about the Benjamin’s

The cost of childcare is nearly equivalent to my rent every month. And guess what? I “make too much” to qualify for assistance. Meaning if I paid rent and child care, I’d have zero dollars left for food, electric, water, prepaid phone, vehicle, or the cheapest internet. VERY hard on single parents as young kids go to school for 6 hrs a day and a normal work shift is 8 hours.
