Welcome!

The Town of Groton is excited for the opportunity to repurpose the Pleasant Valley School into a vibrant use that will contribute to the Town’s tax base, goals, and vitality. The property has been vacant since 2018, and is one of the first Town-owned excess properties to go through the Town’s recently updated Town Owned Property Re-Use Evaluation Process (Disposition Process).
