Burying power lines

I would like support Andrew Blacker's well-argued comments. I'd especially underline the need for burying utility lines- this is our chance! Besides the important points of increased safety, reduced risks of outages in storms and easier maintenance, underground lines would have a significant aesthetic impact. A Main Street without utility poles would be so much more attractive, and in line with the historic reality and feel of Noank.
