Sidewalks and Parking Relief

Would love to see the sidewalk built out in front of Carson’s but ease it back east of there to allow for tractor trailer turning in and out of Pearl St. Wonderful that we’re finally seeing some near term infrastructure improvement with Marsh Road and now Main and Pearl. Thought I would throw out an idea of the town approaching the owner of the black hole at the gateway to Noank Village, 20 Terrace, with the thought of turning this 1/2 acre eyesore into a tastefully landscaped parking area. This could provide some much needed relief for ferry patrons, business employees and residents in the village who want to invite more than a handful of guests to their homes without clogging up our narrow streets.
